Question by Agadget: what is best business form for a DJ service to be added under, S corporation or an LLC?
i plan to use the corp/llc to get tax deductible business expenses, like equipment, vehicle, music. but i would like to use the DJ service (my dba) just as a start, meaning i plan to add more businesses later to the corp/llc. what is best. i don’t have hundreds to spend for a lawyer.
