this label is to be filled up, it is with the authorized signature,, it is said in there……….. “Vendor’s Chop & Authorized Signature” above is a line for me to affix my signature, i dont know what is a vendors chop.

A “vendor’s chop” is the company seal. It is an “Asian-thing”, where people out here in Asia love to rubber stamp everything.
It’s not required to be legal. Your signature will do.
