More specifically audio engineering work. Professional studios and recording facilities. There is definitely no work in Orlando….

The Big 3 in the music industry in the US are: NYC, Nashville, LA. But getting work in the music industry requires that you make connections and be really terrific. You’ve got plenty of competition and not all that much work to go around.
Lots of “smaller” (music-wise) cities have recording studios for music, audio-book recording and more. You’ll have to make a list of these, send out resumes, make connections with people.
