What does ‘license agreement’ mean? Please answer!?

Question by jennayy.: What does ‘license agreement’ mean? Please answer!?
I need to find sheet music for a trumpet and clarinet duet. The song is ‘The Black Pearl’ from Disney’s Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man’s Chest. I found a site called www.musicnotes.com and I found the song, but it says something about a license agreement. Here is the link to the song. Can you tell me what it means and if this is a good place?

Please and thank you! =]
