A guy had signed a bill of sale for the purchase of my car and agreed with the condition we stated together. On the date of sale he didn’t show up or call me. I found out after four attemps to reach him on the date of sale, that he had bought another car two weeks prior to our date of sale and didn’t bother to let me know. He had all of my contact numbers and email. He accused me instead of wanting to sell to somebody else. What can I do about this?

First ask yourself. “Is it worth to pay $ 5,000 or $ 10,000 to a lawyer and spend the next 2 or 5 years in Court over an used car??? With no warranty that you can win???”

You still have the car and all you lost was an hour of your life. Just send the guy a harsh letter about how irresponsible he is and call it even.
