Okay so I live in this apartment building and we have neighbors that live above us. They are playing loud music and making so much noise. It is after midnight here! The property management & the manager of the building (who lives in a building down the street) have not done anything about it. I have complained twice to the actual property management & 3 times to the actual managers. Nothing is being done. In my contract (lease) it says there is to be no noise between the hours of 10pm and 7 am. What can I do?? Can I report them, move out & get our deposit back? What are my rights?

sound wars. blast your music. i would do it in the middle of the night when theyre asleep, see how they like it. calling the cops will only create more problems between you guys.
