Hi,
I would like to find people looking to hire me for contract flash art/movies/banners or other computer-based work.

I remember a forum out there that connected people like that but I can’t remember it. So might anyone know of such a forum- preferably one that is very active?

You could bid for projects at Elance.com. I know many people who go there to hire graphical designers and stuff like that.
