Question by Hoss_Cartwheel: What are my rights in breaking a rigged contract?
I signed a 2 year contract for fiber optic TV, phone & internet service in a discounted “bundle” package. I’ve since been overcharged 3 times because they decided not give me the bundle rate. They can’t be contacted by phone or email. It will cost $ 199 to cancel the contract. I refused to pay them until it’s corrected & now they leave threatening messages on my asnwering machine demanding more money. Is a lawyer the only way to go now?

If they are calling you, don’t they leave a phone #? Yes, consult a lawyer.
