What are any other consequences for eviction besides staying in your record for 7yrs.?

Question by Sandy: What are any other consequences for eviction besides staying in your record for 7yrs.?
My boyfriend had just sign a renewal lease for his studio when I moved in. We can’t live where he lives because first its really from work for me and second its a studio. They were ofering us a one bedroom but they want us to renew the contract again and the thing is that Its tooo far from work and school.
Now I applied for a place with my imformation only. We are planning to not pay rent so we can get a 3 day notice and move out since they are asking my bf for the remaining months of the lease. How bad is he going to get penalize does it go on his credit report? Can they still go after him? after eviction for money?
Please advise
We are technically married
I’m not on his current lease
Thank you

Answer by Common sense isn’t anymore..
They can sue him for money, he will never be able to rent again in most places, and probably never buy a house unless he goes bankrupt to get it off his record. Which by the way is 10 years now, not 7. So he is f*cked for at least a decade.
