hey, I wanna be a singer/songwriter. in order to make it big do i need a talent agent or a contract with a music producer(idk what they are called) or both? or am i completely wrong? thanks for the help

First you must make it big locally. Your performance and music must be popular in your own area.
Then make some demo CDs and send them to agents and recording companies.
