“The Free Advice Man” The Crackles song put to video by The Free Advice Man.

NOTICE: This is not an official video by The Crackles. The song is about me, uses my words and the words of Robin Miller without formal agreement, and I am using it under the principle of mutual creative rights and the authority of a verbal agreement. Until such time as The Crackles either agree to drop the song and never play it again or make a music video that is of mutual benefit I see no reason to remove this video from public view. It was my impression that they had given me the green light to promote their song until it gets serious media attention. I waited over a year for them to do something with it, but they did not. If it goes viral they may end up thanking me, instead of exploiting my personal life story and making me feel unwelcome. The video does not represent the image of The Crackles and is simply inspired by their song. They seem intent on arguing their right to exploit my personality for gain. Until they show a willingness to come to a mutual amicable agreement I see no reason why I should not be allowed to show my appreciation for the song about me. “The Free Advice Man” song by The Crackles, a UK Psychedelic, Big Beat, Funk music band. All artwork/cover art was also done be me. — I was originally contacted by Jeremy Greene in the Spring of 2008 after he had hear a clip of a remix I did for his track “Not My Fault”. The song is most famous for being featured in an episode of the TV series “Living Lohan” on E! Jeremy informed me that he liked the clip he heard and that he was working on his debut album under Interscope Records and offered me the chance to remix his (then) debut single “Rain”. While remixing “Rain” I also remixed 2 other tracks, finished up a more proper demo of “Not My Fault” and began work on remixes for “What I Gotta Do”, “Never (Be Fine) and “Believe” all by Jeremy. After hearing the tracks I worked on Jeremy offered me a production deal on June 14th 2008 (my 26th birthday) which could have been the best birthday present ever! Unfortunately, as it goes in the Entertainment Industry, Jeremy quickly became so extremely busy working on his album, filming his own series documenting the recording of the album and writing and producing for other artists that a final agreement between us was never reached and the remixes I did remain unreleased. As of January 1st 2009 Jeremy Greene’s debut single “Rain” was to be serviced to radio stations across the country. It is my hope
