Corporate and Business Group approval, as detailed below. Project/ Product/ Services Organization will retain and pay a SR, including any consultant that provides marketing or sales support services, only when the SR will provide actual services that are valuable to the Company’s marketing and sales efforts. Such services must be clearly defined by the SRA, and the fees or commissions provided for under the SRA must be reasonably related to the value of the services actually provided.
SRs are required to act consistently with the Project/ Product/ Services Organization Code of Business Conduct (the “Code”) and applicable laws and regulations. The Code strictly prohibits bribes, kickbacks or any other form of improper payment, direct or indirect, to any representative of a government, labor union, customer or supplier in order to obtain a contract, some other commercial
