Students from East Aurora, Iroquois and Holland High School had the once-in-a-lifetime opportunity on Jan. 13 to learn from some of the best chefs in the nation through a partnership between the Erie 2-Chautauqua-Cattaraugus BOCES (E2CCB) and the Culinary Institute of America.
