liquor store owner breached contract with ATM company that store was using. If ATM company decides to postpone seeking penalties from liquor store, how long is statute of limitation on this?
liquor store is in California & ATM company is in Arizona if that matters.

In WV it is 10 years – as long as the company attempts to collect the money and properly notices the other party that they owe the money.
