South Wales Man Identified as Victim of Explosion at DuPont Plant: Visitation and Services Set for Friday and Saturday
The mechanical contractor Mollenberg-Betz on Wednesday identified the workers who were the victims of the chemical tank explosion that occurred Tuesday morning at the DuPont plant in Tonawanda. Richard J. Folaron of South Wales died in the blast, while William R. Freeburg of Angola suffered serious injuries. An investigation into the explosion is continuing.
