Seattle artist picked to make sewage redesign appealing
The Wenatchee City Council on Thursday approved a contract with Seattle artist Carolyn Law to incorporate public art into the design of the city’s proposed $ 9.42 million redesign of the sewage-treatment plant.

Happy 84th Birthday Chuck Berry
St. Louisian Chuck Berry is celebrating his 84th birthday Monday. The legendary singer, guitarist and song writer’s music had influenced virtually every Rock artist who followed in his footsteps. He first hit the charts in 1955 with “Maybellene” and the rest was history. Berry still performs at Blueberry Hill in St. Louis’ University City Loop.
