Scaps set to expand
The Town of Lockport Industrial Development Agency will be deciding next month on a payment-in-lieu-of-taxes agreement for a local business. The IDA board of directors will vote at its June 9 meeting on a five year PILOT agreement for Scapelliti’s Super Store on Chestnut Ridge Road. The agreement would give Scapelliti’s a 80 percent tax abatement for the first year.
