Question by magicworld786: question about business contracts…..?
What types of “business contracts” must be in writing to be enforceable?

Answer by hypergal
if you want anything to hold up in court it MUST always be in writing – different states have different laws. if its something that carries a great deal of importance you should have a lawyer draft the contract – this way you’ll be covered. i’ve learned from experience that its not worth saving a few dollars when you could lose hundreds.
