Question by sb2323: Why can’t I download Yahoo Unlimited music to my MP3 Player?
When I signed up for two years with Yahoo Unlimited a few months ago I was able to transfer music to my portable MP3 player. But now when I try to do that now I get prompted to upgrade to Yahoo Unlimited To Go! When did this change, and is it legal to now charge for services that were free under the original agreement?
Sorry for being unclear. I did pay for Yahoo Unlimited for two years. At the time downloads to compatible portables *were included* in the basic subscription. But now I am being prompted to upgrade to Yahoo Unlimited To Go for an additional $ 60/year if I want to download to my portable.

I have been a subscriber for over 2 years and it has NEVER been free. Perhaps when you signed up you got like 30 days free or something before you have to start paying.
There’s no way this service could be free as then there would be no royalties to give to the artists.
