You could try SCORE it’s a non profit organization of retired corporate executives that freely give all information necessary to become what you want in business.
Or Robert Shapiro (famous lawyer) has a website and for the right price (not expensive at all) he will help you with all forms and information.
Or, the Public Library Reference Section, or The Business License Bureau (not driver’s licenses) or THE INTERNET!
