I would like to be able to professionally create electronic music (dance, trance, house, etc) with the use of software.

My aim is to find software that will allow me to sell my music (if I ever get really good at it).

What are the higher end music maker software and their licenses?

2 I know of, off the top of my head are Fruity Loops and Propellerhead Reason. If you want to see what else you can check out a place call musiciansfriend.com they will have other options and usually have reviews on the products.
