Q&A: What is a good school for music production?

Question by matt: What is a good school for music production?
My brother is looking to transfer from a traditional university to a tech school. His interest is in live music production or studio production.

Anyone know of any good schools that offer degrees in these fields and possibly offer job placement? He has looked into Full Sail but has heard good and bad things about that place. He is willing to move to where ever and cost is not really an issue.
