Question by Bbunch6: What if I have a contract to purchase equipment and after giving a large down payment the equipment is taken?
I had an agreement to purchase 3 pieces of equipment from an individual and after paying 40,000 out of a 59,000 contract the equipment was repossessed. There is no specific time line stated on the Bill of Sale (ASAP was all that was stated). I haven’t been able to perform on certain jobs or contracts because of this. What is or do I have any recourse on this matter.
