If I got a better offer with another client and I have to break the 1099 contract . How do I proceed?
Incase if I didnot sign any contract yet with other company and I am not sure for how many months I will be with them say less than an year as per the contract what should I do and how do I proceed?

It would depend on the terms of your contract, something nobody here can evaluate.
