Record labels have internships for college students this is the best place to start. Music Analyst Jamille Luney (former producer for Beyonce, Alicia Keys, Nas, Rakim, etc..) lists the three most popular one’s on her website http://jamilleluney.wordpress.com/trackmasterzcom/got-interships/ You can also search for more yourself by visiting record labels websites and doing a search for “internship” or “college internship” on their web page.
