If the music which you would like to sell is not your own music, then you can best forget about it. Arranging the licensing and such will take you years, seeing that you are asking here. No offense intended. You seem to have no knowledge of the way that licensing music works.

If it is your own music which you would like to sell, register your music so that it cannot be claimed by someone else as their music. If you have no web development experience or any experience with setting up web servers and web server security, hire a professional company to create your website for you.
