I currently started making music, writing songs and singing. i have 3 songs which I love. anyway, if i want them to be in a tv show, if i contact the music supervisors, will they accept it even though im not signed??
like do I HAVE to be signed by a record label before my song is on tv show

Actually, No. But make sure you have all the publishing rights and copyrights for the song that gets played.
You should know that most TV/Labels/movies/etc do not accept un- solicited material.
