I’m interested in a job in music publishing and I was curious of the required education and the career outlook?

Try reposting this under music.

Obviously you would need some training in music (more than just high school band). Depending on the exact job, you would need to know if a piece of music is playable by the instruments listed (I’ve seen some that aren’t – usually a transposing error, but they should have been caught).
