Q&A: music distribution service?

I work at a radio station in NY. There are music distribution services that record companies send their releases to so that the radio stations can air them. This way they don’t have to send CD’s anymore. For example, DMDS.com and PlayMPE.com. I’m looking for one that releases European music. Does anyone know of one? thanks.

For those who is interested in foreign music. I can give creativity of Russian groups. Alternative, a rap, a pop-music, and other… If to you it interestingly write here
