How can i get a smartphone like the droid or droid incredible but not have to pay data plan and just use wifi. I already have an lg env3 but i wanna get somethin that i can watch good music and videos on and like, do i just need to get an unlocked phone or do i just need to get a pohne without contract from ebay? and i assume i just program my number in that phone and pay same bill as i always do with no added data plan.

You cannot activate a smartphone on your line and not have the data plan. You would need to just buy a phone and not activate it, and just use it on WiFi, and use your enV3 for calling and texting.
