Question by DBlack: military medical physician question?
Will military physicians pull previous medical records and check for pre existing conditions when treating a soldier for a condition that may have been a pre enlistment disqualifier to see if this condition existed prior to enlisting or as was stated by the soldier, contracted after enlisting? For example: genetial herpes

Not all of the time, but they definitely have the power and authority to confiscate the records for themselves.
I hope this helps friend
