We liked a certain band because of singer and guitar player, they now have left the band and we want to know if it is legal to void verbal contract.

if your original agreement was with the only the original memebers than I would say no. maybe next time you should try a written contract that states clearly what your exspectations are, then they can not try and pull wool over your eyes. best of luck
