Question by Legally curious: I need help setting up the correct music licensing for a revenue generating website. What steps do I need to?
I am interested in starting a gymnastics floor music company and internet site. Basically what this entails is reformatting music from other artists, splicing them down to an acceptable time limit, and or removing the vocal track from the piece.
Since I want to do this legally, what steps would I need to take to make sure that I am not breaking any copyright laws?
