Q&A: I am starting my own wedding services company, can anyone help me write a letter of proposal to clients?

Question by two teacups: I am starting my own wedding services company, can anyone help me write a letter of proposal to clients?
I will be working as day-of coordinator. And I want to make a template for future usages. The letter of proposal will be given to the client after a first consultation. The letter must include the costs, items discussed during the first consultation (such as their background, plans, etc.), a way to get back to me (either by email or phone) and a congratulating note of their future wedding day. I am really not good at writing legal papers and I would like to make this as welcoming and friendly as possible yet a very formal document. And formal contract will follow if they accept the proposal. Thank you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Dear BRIDE and GROOM:

We welcome the opportunity to work with you in facilitating your upcoming wedding. After meeting with you and studying the materials you supplied we now have a good understanding of the type and style of event you wish to experience, and what this event will entail. Based on our conversation, I would like to recommend Day-of Package B. This package includes:___________________________________ Package B works within your budget, and provides the level of coordination that an event of this size requires.

Following is our overall outline for the event, based on our meeting:

Thank you again for this opportunity, we hope to hear from you soon.

Respectfully,
