Im a aspiring R&B/ Rock singer, and i really want to start putting myself out there!! Anyone have any advice on management, and getting the attention of record labels A&R?

Right now, the quickest, cheapest and most practical way of becoming famous literally overnight, is to make a video on put it on You-Tube.
Your other options are playing a lot of one-night stands, and hoping to be discovered.
Playing in a club for musicians, like an open mike night. See what I mean on the link. These places are becoming popular and I know that there are ‘connected’ people here all the time.
