Question by breedlovely: How do you hire a worker by contract only?
I have a business and would like to hire a worker by contract so i won’t have to deal with taxes. How do i legally do that? Do i need certain forms are no forms?
Forgot to mention, I will be doing the hiring not a temp service, but thanks for the idea.

call a temp service in your area and they take care of all of that and just charge you a fee.
