Q&A: How do I get out of a cell phone contract without paying penalty.?
by StewartJames
Question by Suzanne B: How do I get out of a cell phone contract without paying penalty.?
I have been with tmobile for 6 years and have one year left on contract. My family plan is good pricing but the service has been terrible. My text messages come in hours late. They also come delayed with picture first then music or words. We can sit on couch and receive no service when calling or texting eachother. Tmobiles answer is to invest another $ 40 a month to get the hot spot, no I just want service to work.

complain alot and maybe they will give in, ask for the supervisor and keep asking the person you (finally) get for the person above them….They may fire you like Sprint did to their customers who kept complaining!
