For sure talents the first and foremost.You will need to have that voice that makes the masses melt then for sure the songs on your demo cd should be very catchy to the masses something that is chart bound.I suggest you start up a my space artist page so that a broad spectrum of people can have a listen to what you ve got.Run a search up google ‘singer seeking management team’that should help.
