Q&A: How Do I get a music license for songs I downloaded from URGE?

Question by The Super Conman: How Do I get a music license for songs I downloaded from URGE?
I got urge at my office. I downloaded some songs with it and burned them to a CD. (WMA Format). When i try to play them on my computer it says I need a license to play these files. I need to know how to aquire a license to play the songs!!
