Q&A: high school classes with music business?
Question by Gazzerk California: high school classes with music business?
I’m in my first year of high school. I don’t play any instrument and don’t have a great singing voice but really want to go to college for music business. What are classes I can take in high school that can get me prepared for studying music in college but don’t involve me playing an instrument or singing? Oh! And what are good colleges that have music business?

The best thing you can do is to study math and English and any career planning courses. Taking drama will also help you understand a lot about the entertainment business which in essence is the music business. Advanced courses in high school drama can cover lessons in writing and producing a play which is very much like writing and producing music. You should really listen to these videos on planning your music career education.
