Question by James J: Do business have contracts to pay state and city taxes?
Say your a car dealership and you have to add city and state tax onto the total price of the car. Does the dealership have to have a contract to the city/state to make sure the tax is paid? Or does the UCC control this transaction? Also with a warranty is there a contract involved?
