i really want to major in music industry management at ferris state university but i was wondering if i could take spanish and german while taking all the required classes for my major

You can do it. There may not be enough hours in the day, or enough intellectual energy to complete such a rigorous course of study, but you won’t know until you try. I say Go For IT!!
