my cousin filled out a application for a job which asked for her licenses number and her plate number.well not thinking she provided them with the information.but the job turned out to be a big joke.she said the lady met her outside,smoking a cigarette,and she had loud music coming from the office,and the guy she interviewed was quite strange.she asked where all the employees were and they were supposedly working out in the field.the company is called all star advertising. they deal with many familiar companies like disney and other big names.my cousin was there for 8 minutes and got the heck out of there.and threw the business card out the window.plus it was in a bad neighbor”hood”

no I have never known of a job asking for a plate number! tell your cousin to be careful of the info she gives out cause it could be a scam!
