Question by ispore: Can anyone advise on the right way to sell existing business contract?
Taking care of husband’s business since he was ill a year ago. Due to lack of technical skills I can’t go on with the business. Can someone help on the actual proceedure in selling live business contracts?

Google “business brokers” and find one in your area. Business brokers help people sell businesses for a fee. However, be sure you have good books because the value of the business is tied to proving its cash-flows and income. If all the sales figures are in his head, it makes it alot more difficult to sell.
