Parkway toll collectors’ union says it has offered significant concessions to Turnpike Authority in labor talks
A deal on a new contract has yet to be signed, said an attorney for the union that represents toll collectors on the parkway; it can only move forward if the agency chooses not to hire a private company to take over toll operations on the parkway, he said.
