I am thinking of starting a services business

This business would rely on large corperate contracts in order to make profit…as in this field my services would appeal to companies…

How could i break into this market and secure contracts from business’ who may already avail of these services from other companys presently…how do i secure these contracts in my first year

First learn to define your problems in a clear and concise manner. what services do you provide? is the key to answering your own question..

if you do payroll…..then focus on thier payroll departments and finance departments.

whatever, define a clear business model for your customer that shows how you will save them money. period.

then go an pitch it as hard and as often and to everyone that will let you in the door.
