My friend and I would like to post a parody on youtube?

Question by ☮ Madi: My friend and I would like to post a parody on youtube?
Ok, so we made a twilight/edward cullen version of Katy Perry’s song “I Kissed a Girl”. We want to post it somewhere, possibly youtube, but we know we need to put all of the legal information about how it’s her tune/music/song, but do we need other information, like the publishing company? Please help us and give us a complete list of things we need to mention!
The parody does not mention any twilight names except the name Bella, but no one could sue us because we didn’t mention her last name, connection to twilight or twilight at all, we kinda implied it.

Thanks for the help! Best answer will be chosen!

On youtube you don’t need to put any legal information. In fact most people argue that if you for example say “no copyright infringement intended” in the description you would be making it easier for the video to be found and deleted due to copyright restrictions.
Once you make the video and create a youtube account you can upload the video by clicking on upload and choosing it. You can then choose the name you want for the video and after a small wait your video is for everyone to see!
It not that likely that a parody version is removed from youtube but if it is you don’t have to worry – you won’t be sued.
