If we’re honest with ourselves, most of us will admit that we’ve been annoyed a time or two by the way others drive. Sometimes our frustration is directed at the elderly drivers; often times at the younger drivers. There exists a minimum age in which someone can obtain a driver’s license. Should there be an age when drivers are forced to turn over their keys?
