Question by angel singh: Music video broadcasting laws?
I am researching music videos and how the artist and production companies benefits from the broadcasting.
Is the music video purchased for a price from the person who owns the rights to it for a once of price, or does the broadcasting station pay a certain percentage for each time it is aired?
Are the laws for payment and broadcast different in various parts of the world?
