Best advice you can give bands about contracts, recording, tips and everything in between that would be useful for an up and coming band to know.

There are only one or two reliable and independent sources unless you have a large budget. Try MasterPaul.co.uk. I think they are based in central London. They will give a quick assessment and will offer other support if you need it. They will also tell you what support you need which could save you a packet. Good luck
